Terms of Service

Effective from: launch

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the With Purpose personalized PDF report (“the Report”) provided by MB AI Konsultacijos (company code 306436438), a small partnership registered in Lithuania, operating the website withpurpo.se (“the Service”). When you complete the survey, provide your email, and pay for the Report, you accept these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, do not complete a purchase.

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. The European Union’s consumer protection rules apply where applicable; nothing in these Terms reduces statutory rights you have as a consumer.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by MB AI Konsultacijos, a small partnership (“mažoji bendrija”) registered with the Lithuanian Centre of Registers under company code 306436438, with its registered address at Ulonų g. 1-37, LT-08240 Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are not a regulated financial advisory firm, a law firm, an accounting firm, a healthcare provider, or any other regulated professional service. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed in any of those areas, and the Report does not provide regulated professional advice (see Section 9).

2. What you are purchasing

When you complete the survey and pay $79 (the “Price”), you are purchasing a single personalized PDF Report generated based on your survey responses. The Report contains:

The Report is delivered as a single PDF file by email, typically within 24 hours of payment, after a human reviewer has approved the AI-drafted document. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 72 hours.

The Report is for your personal use only. You may print it, save it, and share it with people advising you privately (an accountant, a lawyer, a partner). You may not republish, resell, or redistribute it.

The Report is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges. After delivery, your purchase is complete.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive, see, or store your full card number. Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

Prices are stated in US dollars. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees; these are not part of our Price and are not refundable through us.

VAT is not charged on the Price during the period in which MB AI Konsultacijos is below the Lithuanian VAT registration threshold of €55,000 in annual revenue. If we exceed the threshold and become VAT-registered, the Price displayed at checkout will include applicable VAT for EU customers.

4. Refund policy

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we offer a conditional 14-day refund that requires you to provide written feedback explaining what about the Report did not work for you. This is a deliberate trade-off — the Price covers a significant amount of human review time, and we want to learn from refund requests rather than process them silently. This refund policy is offered in addition to, not instead of, your statutory consumer rights under EU and Lithuanian law where they apply.

5. Affiliate relationships

Some vendors recommended in your Report are linked through affiliate programs. When you click an affiliate link in the Report and complete a qualifying action (registration, purchase, etc.), the vendor pays MB AI Konsultacijos a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Three commitments about how affiliate relationships work in this product:

  1. Affiliate relationships do not influence which vendors we recommend. Recommendations are matched to your survey profile, your country, and the substantive fit between your work and the vendor’s product. Vendors with whom we have no affiliate relationship appear in the Report whenever they’re the right fit.
  2. Affiliate links never increase your price. The commission comes out of the vendor’s marketing budget, not your wallet.
  3. You can always reach the vendor without our link. Every vendor named in the Report is also reachable by typing their name into a search engine. Using our affiliate link is supportive of this work but never required.

6. AI authorship and human review

The Report is initially drafted by an AI language model (currently Anthropic’s Claude). It is then reviewed line-by-line by a human editor (Adam) before being sent to you. The voice in the Report is the editor’s; the synthesis work is the AI’s; the words you read belong to both.

We do not use your survey responses to train AI models. We do not use AI to make automated decisions that significantly affect you in a legal sense.

7. Your responsibilities

When you use the Service:

You may not use the Service if you are operating from a country subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United States, or the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse service or refund payments where required by sanctions law.

8. Intellectual property

The Report you receive is licensed to you for personal use, not transferred. The underlying templates, system prompt, methodology, scoring logic, cluster catalogue, design system, and accumulated know-how remain the intellectual property of MB AI Konsultacijos.

The validated psychological instruments referenced in the Report (BPNSFS, Schwartz PVQ-21, Ikigai-9, MLQ, RIASEC) are the work of their respective authors. We use them under fair-use academic referencing principles and credit them in the Methodology section of the Report.

You retain ownership of your survey responses. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement (see Privacy Policy for details).

9. Disclaimers — read carefully

This section is the most important part of these Terms. Please read it.

The Report is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as:

The author of this Service is not a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, tax advisor, business consultant, or healthcare provider. MB AI Konsultacijos makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or current applicability of any information contained in the Report, including any references to laws, regulations, vendor pricing, business practices, or projected outcomes.

Before acting on any recommendation in the Report — including but not limited to business formation, tax registration, vendor selection, contractual decisions, financial transactions, or anything that could carry legal, tax, or financial consequences — you must consult appropriately qualified, licensed professionals in your own jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for any results, financial or otherwise, that follow from your use of the Report. By purchasing and using the Report, you acknowledge that you have not relied on us for professional advice, and you release MB AI Konsultacijos and its principals from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, or liability arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information provided in the Report.

We make no income claims. We do not represent that customers will earn money from following the Report’s recommendations. Some businesses succeed; many do not. The base rate of failure for new small businesses is high. The Report names this honestly and encourages you to plan accordingly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law and applicable EU consumer protection rules:

Our total liability to you, for any cause and under any theory of liability (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), is limited to the Price you actually paid for the Report (currently $79). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Nothing in this clause limits liability for:

11. Termination and suspension

We may refuse service, suspend access, or terminate your purchase if:

If we terminate before delivering the Report, we will refund the full Price.

You may stop using the Service at any time. There is nothing to cancel because the Service is one-time.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We are the data controller. We do not sell your data. We retain your data only as long as necessary or legally required.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting your statutory rights will be communicated by email if you have an active relationship with us at the time of the change.

The Terms in effect on the day you completed your purchase apply to that purchase.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country where you live.

Disputes: We prefer to resolve disagreements directly. Email adam@withpurpo.se with a clear description of the issue and what you’d like to see resolved. We will respond within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

For unresolved disputes that proceed to litigation, the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
